I am a 200 hour experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. My yoga journey began six years ago, since then I have embarked on a transformative path exploring various styles of yoga as I traveled through India, Southeast Asia, South and Central America and Spain, embracing diverse cultures along the way. I was living in London for eight years before moving to Suffolk and Norfolk. Yoga helped me to find balance in the busy, chronically stressed and overworked lifestyle of London life.
Throughout my practice, I have developed a unique approach to infusing play and creative movement into my yoga flows. With a focus on self-exploration and empowering people to reconnect with their bodies, I encourage my students to embrace their individuality and rediscover themselves through movement. My classes are not only a physical practice but also an invitation to delve into the depths of the mind and spirit.
By incorporating styles like Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Pranayama, and Nidra, I have experienced the profound impact of yoga on overall well-being.
My teaching philosophy revolves around encouraging self-discovery, creativity, and play. I believe that through these elements, people can reconnect with their bodies, tap into their inner strength, and find balance in their lives. My classes are a celebration of the joy that yoga brings, and I am dedicated to guiding others on a path of holistic healing and wellness.
