Surya
Perfectly paced class suited to beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Eve’s invitation to notice sensations in the body, and to respond to those sensations with appropriate adjustments, allows for an immersive, mindful experience. Her body queues ensure safe alignment, and a build towards more challenging poses. The steady pace of the flow makes space for getting to know a pose for a few breaths before moving on. Highly recommended.
Johnny
I joined after my other yoga instructor left Norfolk. Eve's sessions are really practical, fun and energetic and inclusive of a wide range of abilities. I couldn't recommend her enough!
Mary
I have been attending Eve's yoga classes weekly for the last year. Eve's teaching style really is an art: she is so passionate about yoga, knowledgeable about health and the body, and brings such a fantastic energy to every class. The classes are an amazing start to the day which I look forward to throughout the week, and long term have helped me feel stronger and more flexible in my body.
I teach a variety of classes every Sunday at Hotpod
Hotpod Flow
signature Hotpod Flow is strong and soothing in all the right places. As you’re guided through postures, the heat enhances and deepens your practice while focusing and calming your mind. With options offered throughout, you can make choices to move in a way that feels right for you. This class really is for everyone — from beginners to seasoned practitioners.
Nurturing Flow
Our Nurturing Flow is a slower, deeper practice that moves through a more restorative and meditative sequence. With minimal standing postures, this floor-based flow combined with the heat, will cultivate space in both mind and body. Ideal for beginners, anyone working with injuries or those simply looking to slow things down.
Rest & Restore
Rest & Restore is all about hitting ‘pause’. A powerful recharge happens. One that’s both restorative, and rejuvenating. The intention here is to slow down, do less and be present with the sensations of the body and breath. With gentle movement, long held supportive yoga poses, calming breathing techniques and guided meditative relaxation (yoga nidra) – this is perfect for anyone who finds it hard to slow down and switch off.

250hr Registered Yoga Teacher
I discovered yoga nine years ago, during a time when my mental health was unraveling under the pressures of working full-time as a nurse in London.
My first class felt like stepping into a spa—soothed, held, and deeply at ease. That feeling stayed with me, and it now weaves through every class I teach: a space of calm, connection, and compassion for your body.
Since then, yoga has been the anchor in my own healing journey.
After repeated burnouts, chronic stress, and a back injury so severe I could barely walk for six months, I was forced to slow down and listen. That experience led me to a deeper relationship with my body and a passionate commitment to support others navigating their own health challenges.
My classes blend sense awareness, intuitive movement, and a deep understanding of how the body works.
They are not just about poses—they’re an invitation to explore your inner world, to move with intention, and to feel more fully alive.
At the heart of my teaching is a belief in self-discovery, creativity, and play.
I guide students toward reconnecting with their bodies, awakening inner strength, and rediscovering balance—not just on the mat, but in life. My offerings are a celebration of yoga’s power to heal, awaken, and transform.
