Led by Eve, a compassionate nurse with a rich background in women's health.

My Story: As your guide, I bring a unique perspective shaped by my personal health journey. Having navigated my way through nutrition, weight management and a severe back injury. I understand the struggle of losing trust in one's body. Through this experience, I've not only reclaimed my health but also cultivated self-love and confidence.

Professional Background: With a foundation in oncology nursing, I've supported countless women through the challenging phases of chronic health conditions. This background has instilled in me a deep understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of a woman's health journey and their body.

Current Role: In my current role as a practice nurse specialising in women's and hormonal health, I've witnessed the transformative power of holistic approaches to wellness. This program draws on my clinical expertise to provide a comprehensive and tailored experience for women looking to rejuvenate their bodies and minds.
