A gentle and empowering programme for those recovering from illness (such as cancer), navigating long-term health conditions (like high blood pressure, Diabetes or autoimmune issues), or managing fatigue. You’ll receive tailored nutrition guidance, therapeutic yoga (including restorative and somatic practices), and tools to support emotional resilience and nervous system healing.
